Work life balance and good culture in company system, I'm like to work long time travel with Daimler India pvt, company is very very good, but maintenance department (from L4 to L5 ) plying with political nuisance

I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)
