Likes

One of the most transparent management I have seen or heard of. The teams are very supportive. A definitive learning opportunity for any engineer at any level. Appraisals and bonuses are the major standouts of the company.

Dislikes

The amount of work that lies on each engineer is a bit on the higher side. Can be better managed by adding more resources into the team.

Work Details

My career has seen only a steep incline since the time I joined Dailyhunt. Lot of learning opportunity and opportunity to contribute to the whole system stack. You can see your product on the field, put to greater use.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

By applying these lessons, I've been able to thrive in a remote work environment.
