Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?

He/she will be Targeted by Higher officials. Employees at Analyst level were forced to work on holidays and Week offs. Literally analyst has to beg Team lead that he need week off for Saturday. Teams leads and above will enjoy each an every holiday takes leaves as per their needs. One who questions and defends strongly to work on week off he will be targeted and, mentally blackmailed to not ask for any kind of support from Team lead and highers.
