Here you can get opportunity to show and use your skills. You can easily maintain your work life balance while working in Dahua. You also get chance to work China if you are a sales or marketing guy 😊

Dislikes

There is no growth here. Increments process is also not clear and biasness between Local and Chines employees is high. Lack of right communication process between employees and Employer.

Work Details

Working here is a little bit difficult as main reason is lack of professional process and Communication as most of their data is also in Chines language.

Work days: Alternate Saturday off (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.
