Freedom to propose new ideas and doing projects management but seldom being backed up with funding or support structures to thrive ideas to results

Dislikes

Urgent word lost meaning as many people are distracted without priority setting and expected to operate in fire fighting mode. Easy to lose focus, burnouts, no personal life due to lack of work and life balance. Appraisals system is age old and perceptions driven than results and performance driven.
