There is nothing which I like about Da Milano. It has a worst work culture I am getting a salary to run my family that's the reason I am working here. And the salary comes on time. That's what is Like about Da Milano

Da Milano has a worst work culture. There is keep to transfer to new store every day. No Appraisal, no salary hike. Lot of politics in store. GURJEET KAUR a 12 passed lady who is cluster manager is a disaster for the brand. You will only get promoted in da Milano when you are a handsome boy or if you are Punjabi. It's impossible for you to survive in Da Milano if you love to work professionally

Working in DaMilano is like waiting for the commands from the illeterate MD and we dont have to use our brain at all.

Dislikes

People who want to work like donkeys can have fun in Damilano. The MD itself use very ugly & profane languages to the employees. If you are a Damilano employee, there wont be any weekends for you , even they will force the employes to work in the late nights irrespective of any urgency MD mostly prefer women employees for his unprofessional peraonal benefits(Dark side of DaMilano) No logic is used for planning and buying products for Damilano.
