Very good life and work experience Thr job quite interesting . Struggled a bit in the beginning as there was no formal training sessions . I got a chance to wear multiple hats and that helped me get taste of different roles within the same team.!

Well frist , i must say the company's overall reputation drew me in. I have been in Survey & Planning for 3 years and DP Jain co. has always been a industry leader in innovation and community friendly standards.

I found that there was no more scope of career growth in the company after reaching a certain level. The company had a stagnant point where they would simply retain employees without continuing their their potential in order to move the company forward.
