1. Cynoteck created and maintained a healthy and comfortable environment in the workplace. 2. Great Team work, Here people respect each other's point of view, suggestions, and the way of working.

Dislikes

I believe, Every organization has its positive and negative aspects. Cynoteck has multiple positive aspects and from my point of view only one negative aspect is there that we are not bold in our decision making. We should give answers to others' queries or concerns asap, we should take the actions on other's suggestion, we should provide a true feedback for employee's work and behaviour.

Work Details

The Job is awesome. I get to learn new things, get to observe different psychologies of employees. Surely the experience in Cynoteck will be useful for me in the future as well to become a better person and better HR.

Work timings: Flexible Timings

Work related travel: This is a desk job.
