The company policies they made are good but only for clever people.

The management doesn't believe in the sincerity,honesty dedication in work of employee rather they prefer mischevious,polishing people who can window dress their work rather than sincerely doing the work. No job security in work. First they call the people for job with opportunities & when they have their interest left remove that experience people also.
