Best place to learn and have long-term growth. Work process is smooth, flexible and the benefits are amazing. The company really cares about us and also pays when we work overtime on weekends. I like Quarterly dining out day which improves our bonding with team over food.

Highly innovative technology along with highly talented team. I am able to find my best version of my potential within my initial period of work. CEO is very much open to ideas and supportive to give freedom for making you result oriented for the company. Fun at Work calendar is interesting.

All four Saturdays should be holidays instead of alternate Saturday. No more dislikes. I am enjoying.

Employees here can tweak their schedules if they have something urgent personally. For example, they can work on a different day. Also, everyone I work with is friendly and honest. I've never has any negative interactions with colleagues, and being new to the place, I've received a lot of advice and guidance from my seniors.

Dislikes

I believe there's room for improvement in some of the administrative processes. That's just my take on it.

Thankful to the company for giving us learning vouchers for online courses. They've been really helpful in adjusting and performing better in our regular work tasks.
