Worst company ever I have worked with. I was working with Cyfutur on client location in jaipur and at last month when the work order was completed company hr didn't picked up our calls from client location. They have a another office in jaipur just for name they don't help you regarding your job security with Cyfuture. Their Hr headwas Mr. Sagar and Mr. Saurav we only have their contacts they never picked up our calls for 2 months we tried for many times they was ignoring us as many time we call them. And they didn't give us our last month salary I'll never forget thos days with Cyfuture. Please never ever join Cyfuture if they ask you to join for the client location they will lie you for many things and they don't care where will the employee go if the work order has beed ended. So i suggest everybody of you never go with bloody Cyfuture....Read More

Recent IT team leader is very professional. They are provide free food. If you are very health conscious, suggest you carry your own Lunch/Dinner. Teammates is very good and helpful, except 2/3 people. You can gather knowledge by the self learning. Organization perfect for the freshers.

Unprofessional management team of IT. Pathetic work culture. Everyone work without SOP. They are think you're a donkey. Company haven't standards management. Less yearly appraisal, they give min-1.5% and max-3% hike on your basic. No cab facilities for the 24×7 shift. They are doesn't provide training and sessions for the upskilling.

* Poor Management (got higher position, not because of talent, but by calling their boss "papa" or "daddy". And everyone knows daddy can't see and hear anything against his son/daughter * HR department is kind of clueless. They don't have correct information about PF, form 16, employee rights, employer rights etc etc etc

Only the worst company exists in the market. Management is poor, the CEO is the worst, HR is poor. There is nothing you can praise about this terrible organization. I seriously advise you all to not join this company, especially under Salim or Abhishek Sinha. Salim cannot be a more perverted man. He only looks at women with bad intentions. Only narrow-minded people can survive here, no one else. These people are so terrible that they don't even know how to speak properly or what professional behavior is. That's why they are stuck here, because no other company would even offer them a job. They are trash that can only be kept in a dumpster like Cyfuture. HR is considered lower than their shoes, and they say this themselves. Females get nothing but harassment here, and the irony is that this organization received an award for being the best company for females (bought with money). The police come to this company every day. There are more cases against the owner of this company than probably anyone else. Not only this, but the salary is never on time. I had worked with this company more than 3year, they don't care to Experience people, they just hired people from BPO person and give the authority to handling experience people.
