Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. Infra operation group is the best due it's manager, support will be fully given. Increment are high specially for 1year new joining

Poor Policy and management, as no plan is properly executed. Always when new project is about to get executed a top level team change the course and project.

The job is quite interesting! I struggle a bit in the beginning of 3-4month no formal training. As a result I learn lots of thing on my own, i got a chance to learn and taste different role with in the same team.
