There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. They say, they are following the international working culture but following a local working culture. They have zero clients. They don't know how to deal the clients and employees. No employee will work there more than one or two months due to the dominating character of the current operations manager (a lady who is one of the partners of the company).
