The salary comes on time is the only thing that can be liked in this co.

Possibly the worst decision I took recently was joining this start-up Co. The things that was claimed and the things happening are just the opposite. All the issues started with the current ops manager( its a lady) who has got no awareness on things happening including attaching a file on mail and also claiming blunders to client including creating a website within 6 days( highlight is the co itself does not have a proper website). The break timings are fixed like an educational institution (01:00 - 02:00). N employees can survive for more than 5 months. If its a genuine start-up co, they try to increase employee retention, but here they find ways to terminate employees don't know why.

The firms working is absolutely fabulous, they’ve got a crew of efficient and well experienced staffs who are capable of providing solutions even for extreme business problems. And the working condition is exceptional cause of the strategies implemented for the well-being of the employees, which could lead to a complete balance in your professional and personal life, and the work they’ve done for their clients is remarkable with there professional touch.

The company provides all the facilities for career growth. The working atmosphere is very nice like most MNC's, the management teams are very supportive and chill. Its been a great opportunity to work with this firm.

Cybertrain, I can say it is a best place to work Mainly you will get good colleagues, where they will help you if you are stuck at some point. Also good support from Not feel any work pressure yet.
