The boss is quite unpredictable- either very helpful or totally ignorant. There is no work pressure but daily reviews and feed-backs are done.

Dislikes

Unpredictable company policy, they experiment by partnering with other product manufacturing startups to become their solo vendor so that the company gets registered in their customer's office. Very diplomatic in handling clients and suppliers and usually tries to fire from employees shoulder.

Work Details

Only hires through references. Not degrees but skills are paid more importance. HR policies change every month. Business development executives are basically treated as tele-callers whose job is to find and contact prospect customers and arrange meetings.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)
