CWT has the best company policies where they follow everything and also they have lots of benefits and compensations.,

Dislikes

There is no job security and has lots of inside politics. Everything from the head office is perfect but there are lots of politics with the team leads and managers. You don't get appreciation for your work.

Overall work life is very good and I have enjoyed working over there with my team members and lots of activities take place and only problem you face is with the leads at workplace, rest everything is good.

CWT company itself good. When Kalyan and Inder Joshi was manager company was every employees feel like king but now our value is like servant will. No job security anytime anyone can get terminated. Whether it correct or wrong you can't say it's wrong else, whatever you do you won't be recognised you get only scolding and they will just see chance when you do mistake so they can make you feel low. Hectic work and very poor Hyderabad management. So much partiality supervisor to manager all worst. So many people have put down the papers but no one is bothered to check what's wrong in Hyderabad why all employees are leaving the company.

The sr manager of the Hyderabad doesn't have any travel related experience and he is not fit to be in that position he very cunning and very irritating.
