There is nothing to like about Cvent apart from few employees who are genuine and helpful.

Its pathetic to work with Cvent. There is no job security at all and can ask to leave at their own will. Had worst experience working with Manager Manali Gupta, Team Lead Gaurav Keshri and Director Sai Khoond. Cvent has laid off many employees during this ongoing Covid 19 Pandemic in the cover up name of performance issues and hiredbackups at half costs as cost saving measures. Apart from their VP, none other mid and senior level management is old in the system at all. Collections Managers are hardly less than 2 yrs old as well as Director. This clearly shows culture driven in the company that dont support stability. I was on agreement bond for 2 yrs with them but still within 4 months have been laid off, I joined in December 2019 and worked till April 2020 post which asked to part with company even when I had 2 yrs bond....Read More
