from C&W HR team is not good, they deducted 20-Thousands from my FNF, in the name of my parents' medical benefit, as HR should be taking acknowledgment from employee for deduction of any amount of employee. if some Join in Sep month, then policy should be renewed in Sep. i have resign in Aug then why HR deducted 20 thousand from my FNF.

I advice not to join if you don't wana work like donkey, Company culture special gurgaon region is just like slum,everyone one just want to get achieve target,they don't think about employees either u r working with them or u r ex employee, they have no ethics and work culture just a big name bubble.
