Where do I even begin! I haven't worked with such an unprofessional organization ever in my career. There is no scope for growth in this company. If you don't comply to the so called TL's wishes, you will be labelled as someone who is "not a team player". You are not allowed to use your brain because others don't use their brains either. They have mistreated numerous employees, made fake promises of growth and promotions and salary hikes, making them leave their already stable jobs to join this start-up with no vision and no respect for it's employees.
