No job security, although appreciation still they are kicking off the good & hardworking peoples also observed only one community is taking all positions in division & supporting to them only. Appraiser only send good appraisal to who are very close to them not for who are working hard for organisation.

It reminds me though i am 2nd Generation though trained from CDSS,Pune,My father LT T R Kaila a Trained professional from CUMMINS SINGAPORE in Late 70s and before that handled Cummins very nicely in PUNJAB .TRADING ENGINEERS 3/4A ASAF ALI ROAD NEW DELHI Had a main office in Delhi .All the Cummins business was pushed ahead very sincerely and with hard work and devotion which Mr A.V.Gadgil at CDSS Pune also knows it.There is always a big distributor besides the base of any company .The way the backbone of Mahindra and Mahindra was SANGHI GROUP same way the backbone of CUMMINS was TRADING ENGINEERS.I am too a Cummins ,Detroit professional of 2nd Generation but one must not forget about the past .If the CUMMINS have existence in India the hard efforts of TRADING ENGINEERS should never be forgotten.Bcoz Detroit,Caterpillar or other engines have not excelled like the TRADING ENGINEERS had done it .CUMMINS must consider it as 1st priority including MR Kailas hard effort to promote the business .ANIL KAILA S/O LT T.R.KAILA +917503037575...Read More
