Dislikes

Fake promises for being permanent in company by seniors. By the help of this Fake promises they make extra hours of work from DET. Which is illegal, not in the policy of Cummins. And after giving 101% on work , I am not satisfied on it. Frankly speaking it's really nonsense. Management need to work on it on those fake promises for being permanent.

Compensation is decent but career growth is very slow I working very hard but higher authorities don't value for that I am eligible for some training but they didn't approved it rather than I do whole work related to training I want but in papers it didn't approved . So due to lack of these training I didn't receive as much which I deserve while work and pressure having same .
