There is huge amount of politics even at the management level. When it comes to their choice of people, they don't follow any ethics. Process are been overlooked if they don't want a person in the system. Favourism and politics plays a big role in your sustainance in the company.

Things move pretty slow here in terms of approval and alignment. Also, the salary, promotion and appraisals are not upto the mark as per industry standards. You'll have to prove your worth multiple times and still you may miss out on promotional opportunities. A major issue that myself and my team have faced is with regards to teamsize and head count.
