Lot of politics & the employee working under union/ association do not follow all company rules, some of them just working for salary not for company growth. For new trainees there is very less chances to get a permanent job in company even they work harder than union members.

The job is interesting, i learnt everything on the job ,i got multiple machines to learn more about machining operations and office work, team based work structure, company safety rules , how ergo employed in companies, ergonomic management.
