There is unnecessary pressure on teachers.Initially while joining it is not told that there is target to enroll students.A teacher needs to marketing cuemath in his/her close circle.It is told that a teacher can take 6 students in 1 hr batch but it is truly impossible.Demo classes are allocated to teachers who are new but after sometime it is not assigned.For one hr trial class the pay is *50 rs*.Even the student doesn't join a teacher needs to be on time and has to wait for 20 minutes.Due to any circumstances if a teacher in unable to take class then he/she is penalized 200rs.One time only 6 hrs before,the class is allocated and I didn't check in my system that class was allocated to me and suddenly I saw that 200rs were cut.There is no mail or msg before any class.Baseless reviews are given by the review committee to cut the teachers credentials.I don't know why the company is recruiting too many teachers if it is unable to satisfy the old one....Read More

Nothing, it's an extremely toxic workplace run by yes men (at least the business development teams). Most of the positive reviews you see here are filled by employees under force and pressure from their managers.

- No growth (promotions or appraisals, nothing) - Extremely poor work-life balance (you need to be available 24x7, literally) - Complacent HR - Unreasonable managers - Very loose concept of weekly off, national holidays or their compensation offs. - Immense negative impact on mental health

Good work environment and culture. Teams leads and mates are very supportive, they always motivate you to touch the sky. Incentives are very high if uoi can achieve. Salary on time. There is mandatory 6 month internship for beginers then they will convert them as FTE depending upon their performance.

There is month end pressure to meet the target. Everything is good at cuemath.

Cuemath is a successful startup which gives a professional an immense opportunity to grow and develop both as an individual and a professional. The team is open to involve and collaborate with other department's team members to build and set up processes which in itself creates a chance to learn. I am working with one of the best teams at Cuemath and the kind of exposure I am getting exponential.

Dislikes

With the kind of mental exertion, and compensation 6 days working should be changed to 5 days working. It is much needed to have better performance and productivity.

Cuemath is amazing place to work i am working with them from last 4 months and my tenure is going very smooth my reporting manager and team members are soo friendly and polite. Management is doing great as far as employee satisfaction is considered. They have a good payscale as well and HR is so helping they will never ever deduct a single rupee in total a great place to WORK LEARN GROWW!!
