Company thinks employees means donkeys, where they cut salary for not coming to office and then expect us to do overtime without any extra pay, above that, if we have to work for company & attend calls and convert them on unpaid leaves too, and the most joking part is, that sales is not counted in after doing all the above things....Read More

Management is totally mannerless. They do not have mindset to understand from the quality perspective. There is no vision as well. Decision and company policy can change at any point of time. Total lack professionalism in the company culture. More emphasis is given on output by keeping the quality aside. A diploma engineer is deputed as operation head of the company. How can you expect a quality culture in such an environment? Traveling time is too much as the plant is very much far (50km) away from Ahmedabad<mark style="background-color: #fff5e4;">.
