I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. Good for Old people above 60 years, no retirement. Can sit and order with no knowledge also. Salary on time. No new technology, old paper based working. No skill just be obidient like a slave to work 12 hours and also on sunday. Not many educated collegues. Lucky company to survive with many problems.

unnecessary rules and procedures of no use. promotions not based on good work but by buttering only. no defined work profile you can be asked to do anything since no dedicated persons for work. very difficult if resign, no easy clearance and release.
