Good for Old people above 60 years, no retirement. Can sit and order with no knowledge also. Salary on time. No new technology, old paper based working. No skill just be obidient like a slave to work 12 hours and also on sunday. Not many educated collegues. Lucky company to survive with many problems.

unnecessary rules and procedures of no use. promotions not based on good work but by buttering only. no defined work profile you can be asked to do anything since no dedicated persons for work. very difficult if resign, no easy clearance and release.
