Internet is not allowed. Cell phone mobile phone is not allowed. Internet is not installed in your working computer. Work culture is very bad. Lot of politics. This company is not good for growth. If any one joined here only for 1 year you will go back 3 years back. This company experience will not work out side. They just spend money on advertising. Actually fact is that they don't get any candidate due to their policy and brand in in MIDC regarding work culture is very bad. So please do not join here. The company brand and job security. The present culture is improving than the earlier due to the involvement of the MD and GM(CP) sir in the nashik plant works.

Dislikes

Need to change the attitude of the peoples at the nashik plant. That is the only point. Only improving this, company will definately touch the sky in future.

Zero learning, professional and financial growth is zero. Worst organization for any new commer in industry. Worth for only 50+ age candidates those who want to earn atleast at the age of 50. Management of the organisation is extremely worst. Advice to all young professionals to do not join this organisation at any cost.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is poor and career growth is slow. Your superior not supportive and company not allow to use your mobile. Lot of paper work without using SAP system. No ethernet facilities.

If you are looking for work life balance then u need to check this organisation. As a young engineering aspirant you get introduced to variety of different material from the organisation.

Specifically if i talk about Nashik plant Whole plant is run by Manufacturing manager who don't aware about any standard system and policies but due to soft corner/ relaxation given from top management to the person who is not capable to handle such work pressure but still management belived to give power such person. Group of highly unprofessional peoples Who literally don't have any value of time and they still believe in to work with paper and pen in 2020 Unnecessary involvement of manufacturing manager in each and every department which is highly disturbing. If u still want to join then you must have to join as a superior position to him otherwise u need to entertain him without any excuses. For Nashik location manufacturing manager is the only pain otherwise plant is good.
