I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. I worked there twice as due to covid they had to end my old work. The thing I liked there was that some people there are good and if you had to work on Sunday then you get a compensation off My both the teams were very good.

Dislikes

Timings were terrible there even if you complete the work the bosses used to say why do you want to go on time. Salaries are given on biased basis depending on the college or the reference through whom you came there. No bonus or compensation for giving extra time.
