CT University is research and industry driven university.well established university.Fully AC and WiFi campus.Teaching and work environment is very good.

There is lot of politics and the management doesn't address the issues. Salary package is nill that leads to very slow growth.on the job training is not given to new joiness

C.f. University is a poor place where the proprietor make their own decisions and never takes the understanding of workers. It is a poor place where a types of blunders makes with the students and staff. I recommend that no worker should with C.f. University because of poor and cheap environment.

The campus is good but the management is worst.

Dislikes

No faith on employees. They can say anything to you at anytime according to thier mood swings. When you try to switch you'll get a legal notice to return the sallery & TA , after few days there will be FIR too as fraud. They don't think about your career & all.
