Good to meet some good and helpful people but as started they were very few.

Extremely poor management by so called managers. They keep people who worship their feets but punish and terminate people who actually do most of the work, very cliche but true here. Team leaders have no idea what's going on in the project, can't handle clients, just keep shouting and using abusive language on new developers. Extremely poor pay and no work life balance. CS Soft Solutions was a reputable and well-known name in the market a few years ago, but not anymore.

There are a lot of issues. The top-level management is poor.The company mostly hires freshers and rerely employs experienced professionals. After completing 2-3 years with the company and the salary reaches around 3.5L, the management often claims poor performance as a reason to terminate employees. Job security is extremely poor. The company was unsuccessful to get regular projects and long-term project. Most of the project usually last 1 month. No foucs on skill development. learning for the team as well as at the individual levels. The company is terrible in every way; it feels like a jail for employees. There is no work curture. Just go sit and complete your working hours. Team lead comes to the office at 12 o'clock, assigns the task to 12:30, and says to complete them the same day before leaving for home. It feels like having in jail.

Comapny can’t even afford dinner above 200 rupees for a single person id he/she works late for the client. .Net manager watches youtuber and Facebook daily and gives pressure to developers. Also waste time when anyone is going home at the end of the shift by asking silly and unimportant questions.
