Hr & operations team very supportive.

Dislikes

Seniors managment not support to employees, company culture very political & employee job not secure due to political culture, credit, legal technical, process very painful & pathetic.

Work days: Alternate Saturday off (Strict Timings)

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
