Hello ,I hold bachelor degree in mechanical engineering 2019. With 4.5 yoe in Total 1)Associate product compliance engineer - 1.5 years 2)Currently working as Project engineer (compliance). 3 years I see no growth in my current company and current role.so I’m looking for career shift,high growth and good package. Skills 1) Environmental compliance(REACH,ROHS,..) 2)Basic networking OS,Linux basic, Aws cloud 3) SAP MM (in progress) 4) Project Management (self preparation from PMBOk) I’m confused between sap mm consultant and project management I’m getting difficult to choose,Which would be great choice according to my background and high pay, stable job Can anybody recommend which domain /role is good for career transition! The staffroom is great! Parents are great stakeholders to leverage. Students are eager to learn and a joy to teach.

Dislikes

Lots of systems within the schools that can be reevaluated to help further the quality of teachig and personal growth rather than stifle it. Professional development sessions should be align to schol goals and through identifying teacher needs.
