The staffroom is great! Parents are great stakeholders to leverage. Students are eager to learn and a joy to teach.

Dislikes

Lots of systems within the schools that can be reevaluated to help further the quality of teachig and personal growth rather than stifle it. Professional development sessions should be align to schol goals and through identifying teacher needs.

Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. Please let me know your insights. Update - Thank you for all the inputs everyone who all contributed to the discussion.
