Crystal Voxx has flexible timings so It was beneficial and I was able to manage my work life and personal life as well. They have good leave policy. Also festive celebrations at CrystalVoxx are good.

There's no job security. They fire or terminate anyone they don't like even if you give your 100% there's no value of your work and dedication. It's like you're handling everything and doing all the work to achieve your goals and next thing you know you're getting fired (without notice). They terminate employees without giving them notice and not being treated fairly You can't take someone's job just like that. All have responsibilities and they have to respect that.

It has got very toxic and bad culture. I would never recommend or refer someone to work here. Upper management clearly plays bad politics and if you are good, talented and worthy employee; they would even play more with you.
