Crystal Voxx has flexible timings so It was beneficial and I was able to manage my work life and personal life as well. They have good leave policy. Also festive celebrations at CrystalVoxx are good.

There's no job security. They fire or terminate anyone they don't like even if you give your 100% there's no value of your work and dedication. It's like you're handling everything and doing all the work to achieve your goals and next thing you know you're getting fired (without notice). That's so depressing for a person who's managing everything on their own. I couldn't sleep for many nights due to this incident. I felt helpless and depressed. Crystalvoxx Global LLP hired me as a HR Executive after conducting 2 rounds of interviews - one with HR and one with CEO Mr. Popat. Upon being accepted, I underwent all the onboarding procedures and started recruiting for open positions. A few days later (On Sunday/holiday), I received a call from HR (Ms. Neelam Parmar) asking me not to return to work. Because CEO, Mr. Popat miscommunicated with HR, so I was hired over someone eles they intended to hire. I served 2 full days at the office, had an intro with the team, started hiring for them and on 3rd day morning (off day) they somehow found that I was not the one they wanted to hire. Crystalvoxx Global LLP don't you have a process in place? who miscommunicated? The CEO and the HR manager (Top Management). So who was accountable for the errors? Again Top Management and I paid the price for it. I have turned down a similar offer because I got selected here. This was an Awful experience.
