Crystal travel is a fraud company.... They asked people to leave without giving any reason.. Neither they are providing compensation to the agents.... Even they are not giving there incentives which we earn by our hard work....

Everything is good except Ops Manager

Dislikes

Not taking any action if employee complaints about senior behaviour. Ops manager is too mean misbehaved shouts,sarcastically passed the comment. Except that all is pretty good.

I was hired as fresher and really learned and earned there , however only the HR and Manager's are not professional,manager Kapil had transferred my folder to girl without consent ,only on her request can imagine frm that day he wanted to fire me however I was very good employee thr,but I was very confident about hr naresh, but he also let me down , during pandemic there management s dicide ,I don't knw about the whole company but only from my team, they decided to keep a girl who was not able to complete the target even every mtnh and kept 3 mnths joiners who were working with the same manager In there last organization and fired there 2 years old employee who were hire as fresher moreover he promised that hiring would be thr we never receive any call this showed how fake the and unprofessional management is,I got bit emotional and learned that you should not love your organisation love your job and transformed my self as experienced and now I am working with a n organization where I am getting paid almost like manager over ther....Read More
