It's an organisation that thrives for excellency and also trains ambitious persons who are willing to go further with the idea of innovation and success. The two days(Saturday and Sunday) fixed off was really great for me to plan some other works and Church timing. It also provided both sides cab and one time meal.

Dislikes

The kind of pressure is sometimes unbearable. The salary increment is too slow. Salary is minimal compared with others organisations.

I have been with this company for years. To be honest, it has been a wonderful experience working here, with a great company culture.
