The exposure I got was decent. Got to travel and work for the underprivileged children of Bengal and basically went back home satisfied.

The structural responsibilities of an intern was not the best put. They made everybody and anybody do anything and everything.

Affected by Office Politics and dirty backbiting , gossip in Kolkata regional office. Not aware of the other region Absence of thematic expert. Absence of true recognition and growth. Absence of academic leadership. A few populist leader without contribution , promoted to the top post.
