While I was in graduation final year, just join this property under Job training. Before I was walking with Paragon Team as a senior Associates . It was a very good property with good management .. While I think of getting into 5 Star property I directly think of CPK ,also when I talk with my College director, got a good review. Andwhen he ask me to join I accept it , went to the interview under JT . Begging of the day was quiet boring cause their was no crowds as before. And from the second day I start to be busy myself, observed the things what team perform. Later after 8 days of working I got quiet difficult , slowly I pick up the work , get settled with the team . It was a great working experience with good managers especially Mr George Mathew who help me in each and every steps of work. Even the team working under his supervision were enough capable to tackle down the situation. I really love this property and the management they follow. Slowly after five month I was given the full responsibility to operate the south Indian Restaurant "Trilogi" . Their I saw myself as a superstar during operation. I used to loved by every guest coming into the outlet. Even they used to give a comment in Trip Advisor in my name without asking. Again it was a great working experience with good atmosphere.....Read More

As I already mentioned, Crown plaza was home for me , their was nothing negative during my working period, As even I was working the hour of 16-18 , sometimes used to sleep their itself, with just a payment of 5000 Rs per month. But the happiness, working atmosphere, Learning, management I got from their was more then that of 5000 Rupees.. Thanks.
