Supporting staff.. But not management

They are using of employees.. When they need staff working 14-16 hrs but when staff need any support from hotel they kicked.. In lockdown period crown plaza Hotel rohini terminate lots of employees without any reason. They can put them on hold but no they want to kicked and after that they are pressurised for Regination of new joined employees those are permanent. Totally worst hotel in my life.

Giving a nice service to guests and I have learned and trained very nicely good atmosphere

Always showing parciolity between the staff between hotel staff and the casuals always discouraging managers were excellent but some captains and supervisors were very bad in the tropicana main restaurant showing big parciolity between Kerala staff and the other staffso I resigned my job
