Dislikes

Promotions, increments, bonuses are very limited, not based on appraisal. Management priorities their own people (Jordanians) Gossiping more than doing actual work. Note: Do not mess with the secretary and you will be secure

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
