The higher manager people are coming with their own agenda and hired a people which are earlier belongs to their team. This is the best place to learn office politics. They have come up with really innovative ways to harassing their employees who don’t bow before them to the extent that they are forced to resign.

Dislikes

ZERO JOB SECURITY. More than 15 people have been asked to resign or fired in last 1.5 yrs out of the strength of 50 for petty reasons.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3.
