Amazing top-level leaders. Everyone is pretty much chilled out. There is nothing called seniority or managers stuffs in here. You do your work good and they take care of you very well which no one can experience in an MNC. There are no fixed timings and hence you take ownership of the work you're doing and finish it on time. You get to work on any domain inside the office. If you wish to learn or work in a totally different domain or language inside the office, they don't hesitate to give the work you're willing to do as far as you make sure that your regular stuff doesn't get affected.
