Work culture is ok. Nothing like there to like. If you are interested to learn things then you can learn at your level.

Dislikes

Management needs to create hierarchy. Management should know roles and responsibilities of employees. They needs improve their learnings as well as employees also. No employee satisfaction is there. Those employees are happy only who are doing Yes Yes to management.

Learn a lot from this company. Owners are very good. They takes input from all the employees also share feedback with us. I would say one year back this company was best place to work. But now no one can survive in this company due to current culture.

Dislikes

From last one year culture is pathetic. No motivation, lot of partiality, favouritism, the current coo and ops head are destroying the company culture and brand image. Especially new coo and head of operations has a big role to destroying the brand image of crossword.

Good company culture but totaly depends on teams, because some teams are worst, Salary on time, good office, Time flexibility is a plus point

"They provide salaries on time and give opportunities to freshers, and the workload and pressure are average.

Nothing is organized properly, no one takes management responsibility, they don't value employees, and they never solve problems on time when you email them, unless you follow up on that email 3 or 4 times. The HR policy is of a different type; for example, if an employee is leaving the job, they have an exit interview. They have this process in place, but the twist is that the exit interview form won't be filled out by the departing employee; instead, their manager will fill it out.
