I joined here with lot of hopes but it has dirty work culture and moreover it’s very useful to me because I learned how to lead a people and how to deal with people psychology...finally i would like to say...its not comfort zone for anything...

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized.
