My current company notice period is two months 23-Dec-2024 to 20-feb-2024. But my new employer asking for early join ie 3rd of feb! I requested for early relieve to My current employer. The real strength of Croda is its strong legacy products driven by high standards and ethics!! Really liked the process driven approach and encourage a good work life balance.

What breaks this high standards is the local mentality of few members of senior management. They only look for quantity rather than quality. There is lot of partiality towards their 'own' people and have totally spoilt the hard built soulful culture that it once had!!!
