It's a sales based company.Growth and learning opportunities are there in sales but not in other departments.Complete Top down approach. Favouritism abound- appraisals are completely based on favouritism.

The only good thing is the Product. Well-engineered product & has the potential to compete the best in the market. Next to it, can say, if you are able to let the Management know that you know your job & prove it at all levels, then you can expect your job less vulnerable.

Dislikes

There are way too many:- 1. Poor & Toxic Culture- Login time is fixed but there is no fixed log out time. I have seen folks working from 10:30am and leaving offices around 10:30-11pm. 90% of the Sales team does this. And if you do your job & leave after working for 9 hrs (stated in the Offer letter), the Management raise questions about your intent & commitment towards your work. 2. Management is timid & apprehensive to take any feedback from the Sales team. Founder is handled by novice & amateurs who do not experience building teams & scaling companies. Instead, folks with experience & potential are made scapegoats & made to adhere to rigid & failed strategies. When asked about the logic behind any strategy, they come up with unconvincing answers. 3. Poor culture. Have seen employees working 15 days on trot without any weekoffs just because the Management is immature enough to digest bad days in business. 4. With time, incentives have become quite relevant considering the extreme eligibility criteria to avail the same. 5. Seeking leaves is looked upon as a sin here. If in case, there is a National holiday in a weekday, one need to work on Sundays then. 6. Heavy attrition MOM. It's like hiring & firing. Pained to see with such visionary founders & a champion product, the lack in Management might lead to the company downfall. To be honest- One of the biggest mistake made! It legit has a horrible work culture. There is no work balance at all.

The offs are on Thursdays only! Onle for a day, that's it. The work pressure they give is immense and act all cool & friendly once it's done. The abuses only daily basis is hectic. No professionalism was maintained. It was really disappointing. I cried, cuz no offs and no work-life bal ance. I used to leave office by 9-10:30pm Almost worked for 12hrs. Horrible place.
