I’m unsure from where to start but definitely want to disclose the fact that each and every person quitting from the company including senior managers recently especially from Chennai location . There’s is no work life balance at all . If you are a girls then definitely not suggestible do join here because you manager will not allowyou to logout at time . HR will inform the timings for 8hrs and from 2nd day onwards they will expect you to start work atleast for 9hrs and not than that . Their brand will fall soon if this kind of hectic work life balance continues ....Read More

I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)
