Dislikes

Con's : 1.No work life balance 2. Shift time is of 9 hours a day and on daily basis you end up doing 11 hour's or more shift. 3. Poor Mid level management 4. No application or acknowledgement of the work until you are good with Manager's no matter how good you are at wotk 5. It's like government job, spend more years in the system and you get promoted to manager irrespective of that you do have people management skills. 6<mark style="background-color: #fff5e4;">. I seen wired work culture here in Crimson where managers shouts at you like you are school students</mark>. 7. It is worst palce to work...work culture is very bad at crimson interactive... employees are asked to work for more than 12 hours

Dislikes

Management and line managers are way to partial ... corporate eticates are not at followed at crimons..had horrible experience. Will never suggest to any individual
